They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity— all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved.
Acts 2:46-47, NLT
A SMALL GROUP IS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO GROW IN YOUR FAITH. IN A SMALL GROUP YOU’LL STUDY THE BIBLE, EITHER BY TOPIC OR BOOK, SPEND QUALITY TIME WITH FELLOW CHRISTIANS, AND HAVE OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE OTHERS IN OUR CHURCH, LOCAL COMMUNITY, OR ANYWHERE ACROSS GOD’S CREATION.
TABLE TALK SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS

Join us each Monday night at 8 pm on Zoom, in your PJs with no makeup on, for an hour of “me time” as we dive into the Bible. Beginning September 20, we’ll look at Jennifer Duke’s study, It’s All Under Control— A Journey of Letting Go, Hanging On, and Finding a Peace You Almost Forgot Was Possible. Contact Kelly Rismiller to sign up.

Our initial focus will be The Epic of Eden, a video- based study, that will help us make sense of the Old Testament. The Epic of Eden will help us go deeper into our understanding, as it clearly and powerfully communicates a history of God's redeeming grace that runs from the Eden of the Garden to the garden of the New Jerusalem.

Through the process we'll learn that some of us are Markan (Holy Spirit centered), Matthean (action driven), Lukan (relationship focused), or Johannine (mentor- apprentice nurtured) disciple. Once we understand who we are and how we conceive of discipleship, we can map a path to grow intentionally in our love and life with Jesus. SOCIAL JUSTICE GROUP
Are you concerned about "the least of these"? Are you interested in knowing what the Bible says about caring for those that have been marginalized, oppressed, neglected, or forgotten? If so, join our group, led by Jody Anderson and Paul Dodge. We desire to form a group that represents diversity: culturally, racially, generationally, ability, etc. We want to be representative of God's diversity as we learn from each other and Scripture. Beginning September 10, we'll be meeting at the church on Friday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 pm in HE-Brews Café and explore a six-week study focusing on the black church titled This Is Our Story, This Is Our Song.
