A Cup of Purpose: Table Host Information

To host a table, register on our app/website (https://subspla.sh/dbt9xtg), or contact Linda Welsh at 610-207-5715, grapejuice66@gmail.com

Tables can seat 4 or 6, 8 or 10 people.

  • Invite guests to share your table. The entrance fee for each person attending the event is a $10-$25 gift card from a local store. These gifts cards will then be donated to Lighthouse Women and Children’s Center for the women and children living there. Suggestions for cards are: Target, Walmart, Dunkin, Michaels, Kohls, Ulta, any gas station, restaurant or grocery store.

  • Let your guests know to bring the gift card they purchase to the Tea as their ticket.  When they arrive at the Raffauf Community Center for the event, they will be greeted at the door and there will be a box for donating the gift cards.

  • Please make sure guests understand this is a tea, not a full meal. Every table will provide their own finger foods to enjoy. A central food table will include the actual hot tea, cookies and fruit for everyone. Other beverages will also be provided including coffee and cold drinks.

  • Let your table guests know we are having a “Best Table” and “Best Headpiece” contest.  Everyone in attendance will vote for the winners.
