GriefShare: Finding Hope and Healing Together
Grief is a journey no one should have to walk alone. If you are mourning the loss of a loved one, we invite you to join our GriefShare group—a caring, supportive place where you can find comfort, understanding, and hope.
GriefShare is a Christ-centered support group that offers encouragement and practical guidance for navigating the many emotions of loss. Each session includes a video featuring grief experts, followed by group discussion and time to share (as much or as little as you feel comfortable). You’ll also receive helpful resources to support you throughout the week.
Whether your loss is recent or from years past, GriefShare welcomes you. There is no “right” timeline for grief, and no expectation other than to come as you are.
The next session of Griefshare will begin on Wednesday, May 20, at 1:30 PM in room 109 of the Reiner Education Building. The first week will be Loss of a Spouse followed by 13 weeks of Griefshare. To register, fill out the form below. If you have any questions, please contact Pat Goshert at pgoshert@westlawnumc.org or 610-858-4839.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. (Matt. 5:4)
