Pastor’s Bible Study – Advent 2025
All are invited to join Pastor Tom for a special Advent edition of the Pastor’s Bible Study on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM in HeBrews Café. Throughout the season, we will walk through the Advent: A Season of Expectation discussion guide together, exploring the themes of hope, peace, joy, and love as we prepare our hearts for Christ’s coming. This study provides a midweek opportunity for deeper reflection, meaningful conversation, and community during this sacred season. You are warmly welcome to participate, starting any Wednesday in December—no prior registration needed.

The West Lawn Preschool is thrilled to invite you to our Holiday Parent’s Night Out! While you take a well-earned break, leave the kids with us in our preschool classrooms/nursery for a fun-filled evening. Food, drinks and entertainment provided for children ages Infants-4th grade. All families must register online or by paper form no later than December 10. Children will be separated out by age as to provide a safe and fun environment for all!
The cost is $25 per child OR $65 for 3 children, $80 for 4 or more children.
Pizza, Snack & Drinks provided as well as games, crafts and movie!

West Lawn Tree of Blessing
We are thrilled to share some wonderful news: a version of the Christmas Angel Tree tradition will continue this year! Thanks to the heartfelt initiative of Jayme Raffauf, we will be offering a special “Tree of Blessing” opportunity for all West Lawn members to support local families in need this Christmas season.
Beginning today, the West Lawn Blessing Tree will be on display in the Sanctuary lobby. The tree will be decorated with tags listing gift requests for both adults and children. We invite you to stop by, select a tag, shop for the requested items, wrap your gifts, and return them to West Lawn by Sunday, December 14.
Because of the unique format of this year’s Blessing Tree, we will not be holding the traditional Christmas party. However, your generosity will still bring joy, hope, and comfort to families in our community, and your kindness will make a meaningful difference in their holiday season.

This year’s Christmas Cantata, A Thrill of Hope, will be presented on December 14 at both 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM as part of our Sunday morning worship services. This dynamic Christmas musical retells the story of Christ’s birth through four themes—Hope, Love, Peace, and Joy. Each section features a rich medley of beloved carols, thoughtful narration, and scripture readings, all building toward an uplifting celebration of the season.
Our Festival Choir will be joined by West Lawn’s Cantata Orchestra, Handbell Choir and a Children's Choir. Join us for a wonderful musical experience sure to fill you with the spirit of Christmas.
