Preschool Registration
Registration is NOW OPEN for the 2026–27 school year at West Lawn UMC Preschool! Sign up online or in person and become part of our caring preschool community. Visit our website to learn more about what we offer, and don’t miss our Open House on February 3 from 5:00–6:00 PM. We’d love to meet you!

Women's Retreat
All West Lawn women and friends are invited to spend a day together at an on-site, one-day retreat on Saturday, February 21. The retreat will be held at the Raffauf Community Center from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Guest speaker Jeannie Armbruster will offer an introduction to the Enneagram, helping participants explore patterns in how we show up with God and others, how we respond to stress related to work, family, and finances, and how to recognize and lean into our strengths. Optional social time will be available on Friday evening and Sunday morning following worship. Additional details and registration information will be shared in the near future. The cost is $20 per person.

Kids Ministry Easter Event – Volunteers Needed Our annual Easter Event is almost here, and young families will be flocking to West Lawn on Saturday, March 28, from 11 AM–1 PM! This is one of our favorite days of the year as we celebrate Easter with games, crafts, storytelling, and lots of candy-filled eggs. We’d love your help making it an incredible, welcoming experience for our community. Volunteers are needed for egg-filling prep, setup, activity stations, and teardown—jump in where you can and be part of the fun!

Scripture Reader Coordinator (8 AM Service) Each week, volunteers read scripture during our 8 and 11 AM services, supported by a dedicated volunteer coordinator who keeps the schedule running smoothly. Beginning in March, we are seeking a volunteer to step into the Scripture Reader Coordinator role for the 8 AM service. This role includes scheduling readers, sending reminders, and communicating with office staff. Detailed notes and a well-organized spreadsheet are provided, and you do not need to attend the 8 AM service to serve in this role. If you enjoy organization and behind-the-scenes support, this could be a great fit!
