WHAT WE LEARNED THIS WEEK:
GOD CAN HELP YOU MAKE THE WISE CHOICE.
This week, we learned about the prophet Samuel and how he listened to God. Samuel’s big task was to anoint the next king, and God helped him see that what mattered most wasn’t how someone looked, but their heart. God chose David—and through David, He was doing something even greater. Many years later, Jesus, the Savior, would come from David’s family. God’s plan for our rescue was unfolding, and Jesus is the one who brings us salvation!
But the story doesn’t stop there—it continues with us. Each day brings choices, some hard, some scary. Maybe it's facing a big test, a friendship struggle, or wanting to help someone who feels left out. Wisdom means pausing, listening for God’s voice, and choosing His way—even when it’s hard or different.
